3 – How to get there:

The best option for me was by taxi but, if you rent a car, it’s also fine. During treatment you can ask the clinic to call a taxi to take you back to the hotel.

4 – What went well:

The availability and friendly spirit of the staff. Everyone was always attentive and concerned with my well being. Overall the clinic was pretty good. All the disposable product packages were opened in front of me and everything was very clean. The clinic had both tourists and locals.

5 – What can be improved:

Booking the treatments was a very long process. After sending every document, lab and test results, the booking wasn’t being confirmed and I wasn’t getting any response. It took Diaverum’s help in order to expedite the booking. The clinic doesn’t provide food.

6 – Treatment cost:

The treatment costs $616 USD – already with 12% taxes and a consultation with a doctor if needed. Payment must be made at the beginning of each treatment with cash or credit card. 

7 – Review:

I give the clinic 4 stars, only because of how difficult it was to book the treatments. The level of care and the treatment itself were very good.

8 – Tests requested (all from the last 3 months):

• Prescription for HD treatment;
